MINOCIN, minocycline for injection, a sterile formulation of a semisynthetic derivative of tetracycline, is 4,7-Bis(dimethylamino)-l,4,4a,5,5a,6,ll,12a-octahydro-3,10,12,12a-tetrahydroxy-1,11 -dioxo-2-naphthacenecarboxamide monohydrochloride.
CANTIL tablets for oral administration contain 25 mg mepenzolate bromide USP. The anticholinergic agent mepenzolate bromide USP chemically is 3-[(hydroxydiphenylacetyl)oxy]-1,1-dimethylpiperidinium bromide and has the following structure:
METADATE ER Tablets (methylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release tablets, USP) are a mild central nervous system (CNS) stimulant. METADATE ER (methylphenidate hydrochloride tablet) is available as extended-release tablets of 10 and 20 mg for oral administration.
Magnesium Sulfate Injection, USP (50%) for IV and IM use is a sterile concentrated solution of magnesium sulfate (magnesium sulfate (magnesium sulfate injection) injection) USP. Each mL contains: magnesium sulfate (magnesium sulfate (magnesium sulfate injection) injection) (heptahydrate) 500 mg, which provides 4.06 mEq each of magnesium (Mg++) and sulfate (SO4=), water for injection q.s. The pH (5.5 - 7.0) is adjusted with sulfuric acid and/or sodium hydroxide. The solution contains no bacteriostatic agent or other preservatives. The molecular formula is MgSO4•7H2O and the molecular weight is 246.47.
Ponstel® (mefenamic acid) is a member of the fenamate group of nonsteroidal anti- inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Each blue-banded, ivory capsule contains 250 mg of mefenamic acid for oral administration. Mefenamic acid is a white to greyish-white, odorless, microcrystalline powder with a melting point of 230°-231°C and water solubility of 0.004% at pH 7.1. The chemical name is N-2,3-xylylanthranilic acid. The molecular weight is 241.29. Its molecular formula is C15H15NO2 and the structural formula of mefenamic acid is:

METOZOLV ODT is an orally disintegrating tablet formulation of metoclopramide hydrochloride. The 5 mg strength is a round white tablet debossed on one side with a "5" and plain on the other side; it is comprised of 5 mg metoclopramide (as 5.91 mg of metoclopramide hydrochloride ) with gelatin, mannitol, mint flavoring, and Acesulfame K (artificial sweetener). The 10 mg strength is a round white tablet debossed on one side with a "10" and plain on the other side; it is comprised of 10 mg metoclopramide (as 11.82 mg of metoclopramide hydrochloride) with gelatin, mannitol, mint flavoring, and Acesulfame K.
MERREM® I.V. (meropenem for injection) is a sterile, pyrogen-free, synthetic, broad-spectrum, carbapenem antibiotic for intravenous administration. It is (4R,5S,6S)-3-[[(3S,5S)-5- (Dimethylcarbamoyl)-3-pyrrolidinyl]thio]-6-[(1R)-1-hydroxyethyl]-4-methyl-7-oxo-1- azabicyclo[3.2.0]hept-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate.
