Histinex® HC (phenylephrine, hydrocodone, cpm) is a clear, orange-colored, sugar free, alcohol free syrup with characteristic fruity odor for oral administration.

Vasopressin Injection, USP is a sterile, aqueous solution of synthetic vasopressin (8-L-arginine vasopressin) of the posterior pituitary gland for intramuscular or subcutaneous use. It is substantially free from the oxytocic principle and is standardized to contain 20 pressor units/mL.

Positive ANA Titer: The prolonged administration of procainamide often leads in the development of a positive anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) test, with or without symptoms of a lupus erythematosus-like syndrome. If a positive ANA titer develops, the benefits versus risks of continued procainamide therapy should be assessed.

Prochlorperazine Maleate is classified as an antiemetic and antipsychotic tranquilizer. Prochlorperazine is a phenothiazine derivative, present in the tablets as the maleate. Its chemical name is 2-chloro-10- [3-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)propyl]-10 H-phenothiazine (Z)-2-butenedioate (1:2). Empirical formulas (and molecular weight) are: prochlorperazine maleate-C₂₀H₂₄CIN₃S•2C₄H₄O₄ (606.10) and prochlorperazine base- C₂₀H₂₄CIN₃S (373.95).

PEDIOTIC® Suspension (neomycin and polymyxin B sulfates and hydrocortisone otic suspension) is a sterile antibacterial and anti-inflammatory suspension for otic use. Each mL contains: neomycin sulfate equivalent to 3.5 mg neomycin base, polymyxin B sulfate equivalent to 10,000 polymyxin B units, and hydrocortisone 10 mg (1%). The vehicle contains thimerosal 0.001% (added as a preservative) and the inactive ingredients cetyl alcohol, glyceryl monostearate, mineral oil, polyoxyl 40 stearate, propylene glycol, and Water for Injection. Sulfuric acid may be added to adjust pH. PEDIOTIC (neomycin, polymyxin b and hydrocortisone) ® Suspension has a minimum pH of 4.1, which is less acidic than the minimum pH of 3.0 for CORTISPORIN® Otic Suspension.

PEDIARIX® [Diphtheria and Tetanus Toxoids and Acellular Pertussis Adsorbed, Hepatitis B (Recombinant) and Inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine Combined] is a noninfectious, sterile, multivalent vaccine for intramuscular administration manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals. It contains diphtheria and tetanus toxoids, 3 pertussis antigens (inactivated pertussis toxin [PT] and formaldehyde-treated filamentous hemagglutinin [FHA] and pertactin [69 kiloDalton outer membrane protein]), hepatitis B surface antigen, plus poliovirus Type 1 (Mahoney), Type 2 (MEF-1), and Type 3 (Saukett). The diphtheria toxoid, tetanus toxoid, and pertussis antigens are the same as those in INFANRIX® (Diphtheria and Tetanus Toxoids and Acellular Pertussis Vaccine Adsorbed). The hepatitis B surface antigen is the same as that in ENGERIX-B® [Hepatitis B Vaccine (Recombinant)]. 

Crinone® (progesterone gel) is a bioadhesive vaginal gel containing micronized progesterone in an emulsion system, which is contained in single use, one piece polyethylene vaginal applicators. The carrier vehicle is an oil in water emulsion containing the water swellable, but insoluble polymer, polycarbophil. The progesterone is partially soluble in both the oil and water phase of the vehicle, with the majority of the progesterone existing as a suspension. Physically, Crinone has the appearance of a soft, white to off-white gel.

Potassium Chloride in 5% Dextrose and Sodium Chloride (potassium chloride in 5% dextrose and sodium chloride injection) Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution for fluid and electrolyte replenishment and caloric supply in a single dose container for intravenous administration. It contains no antimicrobial agents. Composition, osmolarity, pH, ionic concentration and caloric content are shown in Table 1.

Papaverine hydrochloride, C₂₀H₂₁NO₄•HCl, is a white, crystalline powder, odorless, with a slight bitter taste and is soluble in water.

PLATINOL® (cisplatin for injection, USP) is a white to light yellow lyophilized powder. Each vial of PLATINOL contains 50 mg cisplatin, 450 mg Sodium Chloride, USP, and 500 mg Mannitol, USP.
