Adacel® , Tetanus Toxoid, Reduced Diphtheria Toxoid and Acellular Pertussis Vaccine Adsorbed (Tdap), is a sterile liquid suspension of tetanus and diphtheria toxoids and acellular pertussis components adsorbed onto aluminum phosphate, for intramuscular administration. After shaking, the vaccine is a white, homogenous, cloudy suspension. Neither the vial nor the syringe for this product contain natural latex rubber.
TARCEVA (erlotinib), a kinase inhibitor, is a quinazolinamine with the chemical name N-(3-ethynylphenyl)-6,7-bis(2-methoxyethoxy)-4-quinazolinamine. TARCEVA contains erlotinib as the hydrochloride salt that has the following structural formula:
Uniphyl (theophylline anhydrous tablet) ® (theophylline, anhydrous) Tablets in a controlled-release system allows a 24-hour dosing interval for appropriate patients.
TORECAN (thiethylperazine) is a phenothiazine. Thiethylperazine is characterized by a substituted thioethyl group at position 2 in the phenothiazine nucleus, and a piperazine moiety in the side chain. The chemical designation is: 2-ethyl-mercapto-10-[3 †- (1 †-methyl-piperazinyl-4†)-propyl-1] phenothiazine.
DECAVAC®, Tetanus and Diphtheria Toxoids Adsorbed (Td), manufactured by Sanofi Pasteur Inc. for intramuscular injection, is a sterile suspension of alum (aluminum potassium sulfate)-precipitated toxoids in an isotonic sodium chloride solution. The vaccine, after shaking, is a turbid liquid, whitish-gray in color.
TOBRADEX®(tobramycin and dexamethasone ophthalmic suspension) is a sterile, multiple dose antibiotic and steroid combination for topical ophthalmic use.
VUMON® (teniposide injection) (also commonly known as VM-26), is supplied as a sterile nonpyrogenic solution in a nonaqueous medium intended for dilution with a suitable parenteral vehicle prior to intravenous infusion. VUMON is available in 50 mg (5 mL) ampules. Each mL contains 10 mg teniposide, 30 mg benzyl alcohol, 60 mg N,N-dimethylacetamide, 500 mg purified Cremophor® EL (polyoxyethylated castor oil)*, and 42.7% (v/v) dehydrated alcohol. The pH of the clear solution is adjusted to approximately 5 with maleic acid.
SANCTURA® (trospium chloride) is a quaternary ammonium compound with the chemical name of Spiro[8azoniabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-8,1'-pyrrolidinium], 3-[(hydroxydiphenylacetyl)oxy]-, chloride, (1?, 3?, 5?). The empirical formula of trospium chloride is C25H30ClNO3 and its molecular weight is 427.97. The structural formula of trospium chloride is represented below:
