The Ceretec (technetium tc99m exametazime injection) kit is supplied as five packs of three vials for use in the preparation of a technetium Tc99m exametazime intravenous injection as a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical for use as an adjunct in the detection of altered regional cerebral perfusion and for the radiolabeling of autologous leukocytes. Each vial of Ceretec (technetium tc99m exametazime injection) contains a pre-dispensed sterile, non-pyrogenic, lyophilized mixture of 0.5 mg exametazime [(RR,SS)-4.8-diaza-3,6,6,9-tetramethylundecane-2,10-dione bisoxime], 7.6 g stannous chloride dihydrate (minimum stannous tin 0.6 g; maximum total stannous and stannic tin 4.0 g per vial) and 4.5 mg sodium chloride, sealed under nitrogen atmosphere with a rubber closure. The product contains no antimicrobial preservative.

Thallous Chloride Tl-201 Injection (thallous chloride) is supplied in an isotonic solution as a sterile, non-pyrogenic diagnostic radiopharmaceutical for intravenous administration. Each milliliter contains 37 megabecquerels (1 millicurie) Thallous Chloride Tl-201 at calibration time, made isotonic with 9 milligrams sodium chloride and preserved with 0.9% (v/v) benzyl alcohol. The pH is adjusted to between 4.5 to 7.0 with hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide. Thallium Tl-201 is cyclotron produced. At the time of calibration it contains no more than 1.0% Thallium Tl-200, no more than 1.0% Thallium Tl-202, no more than 0.25% Lead Pb-203, and no less than 98% Thallium Tl-201 as a percentage of total activity. No carrier has been added.

Tobramycin sulfate, a water-soluble antibiotic of the aminoglycoside group, is derived from the actinomycete Streptomyces tenebrarius. Sterile tobramycin sulfate is supplied as a sterile dry powder and is intended for reconstitution with 30 mL of Sterile Water for Injection, USP. Sulfuric acid and/or sodium hydroxide may have been added during manufacture to adjust the pH. Each vial contains tobramycin sulfate equivalent to 1200 mg of tobramycin. After reconstitution, the solution will contain 40 mg of tobramycin per mL. The product contains no preservative or sodium bisulfite.
