ACCURETIC is a fixed-combination tablet that combines an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, quinapril hydrochloride, and a thiazide diuretic, hydrochlorothiazide.

MICARDIS HCT tablets are a combination of telmisartan, an orally active angiotensin II antagonist acting on the AT1 receptor subtype, and hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic.

Exforge HCT is a fixed combination of amlodipine, valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide.

CAPOZIDE® (captopril and hydrochlorothiazide tablets, USP) for oral administration combines two antihypertensive agents: CAPOTEN? (captopril) and hydrochlorothiazide. Captopril, the first of a new class of antihypertensive agents, is a specific competitive inhibitor of angiotensin I-converting enzyme (ACE), the enzyme responsible for the conversion of angiotensin I to angiotensin II. Hydrochlorothiazide is a benzothiadiazide (thiazide) diuretic-antihypertensive. CAPOZIDE (captopril and hydrochlorothiazide) ? tablets are available in four combinations of captopril with hydrochlorothiazide: 25 mg with 15 mg, 25 mg with 25 mg, 50 mg with 15 mg, and 50 mg with 25 mg. Inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, colorant (FD&C Yellow No. 6), lactose, magnesium stearate, pregelatinized starch, and stearic acid.

HYZAAR® 50-12.5 (losartan potassium-hydrochlorothiazide), HYZAAR® 100-12.5 (losartan potassium-hydrochlorothiazide) and HYZAAR® 100-25 (losartan potassium-hydrochlorothiazide) combine an angiotensin II receptor (type AT1) antagonist and a diuretic, hydrochlorothiazide.

TEVETEN® HCT 600/12.5 mg and TEVETEN® HCT 600/25 mg (eprosartan mesylate-hydrochlorothiazide) combine an angiotensin II receptor (AT1 subtype) antagonist and a diuretic, hydrochlorothiazide. TEVETEN® (eprosartan mesylate) is a non-biphenyl non-tetrazole angiotensin II receptor (AT1) antagonist. A selective non-peptide molecule, TEVETEN® is chemically described as the monomethanesulfonate of (E)-2-butyl-1-(pcarboxybenzyl)-?-2-thienylmethylimidazole-5-acrylic acid. Its empirical formula is C23H24N2O4S•ECH4O3S and molecular weight is 520.625. Its structural formula is:

Each capsule of DYAZIDE (hydrochlorothiazide and triamterene) for oral use, with opaque red cap and opaque white body, contains hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg and triamterene 37.5 mg, and is imprinted with the product name DYAZIDE (hydrochlorothiazide and triamterene) and SB. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic/antihypertensive agent and triamterene is an antikaliuretic agent.

ALDORIL (Methyldopa-Hydrochlorothiazide) combines two antihypertensives: methyldopa and hydrochlorothiazide.

VASERETIC® (Enalapril Maleate-Hydrochlorothiazide) combines an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, enalapril maleate, and a diuretic, hydrochlorothiazide.
