Ulesfia Lotion is supplied as a white topical lotion containing benzyl alcohol, 5%. Inactive ingredients in this formulation are water, mineral oil, sorbitan monooleate, polysorbate 80, carbomer 934P and trolamine.

Metrodin® (urofollitropin for injection) is a preparation of gonadotropin extracted from the urine of postmenopausal women. Each ampule of Metrodin® (urofollitropin for injection) contains 75 or 150 IU of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) activity, in not more than 0.83 mg (75 IU) or 1.66 mg (150 IU) of extract, plus 10 mg lactose in a sterile, lyophilized form. Iopromide has a molecular weight of 791.12 (iodine content 48.12%).

UREX (methenamine hippurate) is a urinary tract antiseptic drug. Each white, scored UREX tablet contains methenamine hippurate 1 g (see HOW SUPPLIED). UREX (methenamine hippurate) tablets also contain: magnesium stearate, povidone and saccharin sodium. Chemically, methenamine hippurate is the hippuric acid salt of methenamine (hexamethylenetetramine).

UNITHROID™ (levothyroxine sodium tablets, USP ) contains synthetic crystalline L-3,31,5,51-tetraiodothyronine sodium salt [levothyroxine (T4) sodium]. Synthetic T4 is identical to that produced in the human thyroid gland. Levothyroxine (T4) sodium has an empirical formula of C15H10I4N NaO4 x H2O, molecular weight of798.86 g/mol (anhydrous).

It is a bitter-tasting white powder consisting of crystalline particles freely soluble in ethanol and glacial acetic acid, slightly soluble in chloroform, sparingly soluble in ether, and practically insoluble in water.
